By accessing or using Forgetless ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Forgetless is a web-based flashcard application that uses AI-powered card generation and the FSRS v6 spaced repetition algorithm to help users learn and retain information. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
You retain ownership of all flashcard content you create. By making a deck public, you grant other users a non-exclusive license to view, fork, and study that deck. You may make decks private at any time. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Flashcards generated by AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral) are provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated flashcards before relying on them for study purposes.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You may not use the Service to: distribute malware or harmful content; violate any applicable laws; harass, abuse, or harm others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forgetless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
